December 12, 2008 - While our club is run by volunteers, our rent has been raised. To cover this There will be a new dues schedule. That is: Monthly $30, Per Class $5, students, Au Pairs and Vermont Aikido members, no charge. This will become effective in January. Also, new Waivers will need to be signed. You can download a copy HERE (12Kb). They will also be available at the dojo.

November 4, 2008 - Roy McDonald passed his yonkyu test (blue belt) at the Monday night class on November 3rd. Tim Blake was his uke and Shomen consisted of Etsuro Nishiyachi (nidan) and Phil Matcovich (nidan). Congratulations Roy!

October 17, 2008 - The location of our class on Saturday, October 18th has been changed. We will be working out at the Burlington Police Department (Map), thanks to Peter Bottino. Please park on the administrative services side and wait for Peter at that entrance. All participants will have to sign waivers. Class as usual will be at 11:30. See you there.

June 11, 2008 - At the Monday night class on June 9th, Dave Clement and Andrew Patterson passed their sankyu tests (3rd degree brown belt). Dave and Andrew were uke for each other. Also, Peter Buttino and Eric Decker passed their yonkyu tests (blue belt). Dave was uke for Peter and Andrew was uke for Eric. Shomen consisted of Etsuro Nishiyachi (nidan) and Phil Matcovich (nidan). Congratulations to all!

May 25, 2008 - Julio "Foca" Fernandez will host this years the Green Mountain Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Camp. It will be held at Lyndon State College, Lyndonville, VT on Saturday August 9th, and Sunday, August 10th. The cost is $495 which includes lodging and meals ($295 If paid in full by May 31st).
