	December 20, 2011 - There will will be NO CLASS on Saturday, December 24th. Merry Christmas To all! There will be class at the usual time on Monday, December 26th.
	November 20, 2011 - On Saturday, November 19th, Tim Blake received his promotion in the USJF to Nidan (2rd degree Degree Black Belt) and Heath Zeno received his in the USJA to Nikyu (2nd Degree Brown Belt). Shomen consisted of Phil Matcovich (Sandan) and Dustin Bruso (Shodan). Congratulations to Tim and Heath!

	November 15, 2011 - On Monday, November 14, Paul Gellino received his promotion in the USJA to Sandan (3rd degree Degree Black Belt). Shomen consisted of Phil Matcovich (Sandan), Etsuro Nishiyachi (Nidan), Dave Clements (Shodan), and Dustin Bruso (Shodan). Congratulation to Paul!
	November 15, 2011 - The Aki No Kure Judo Club and Cohoes Judo Club will host a two hour Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/Newaza seminar on Saturday December 10th at 1:00 PM. You must be a club member to participate. The seminar Instructor will be BJJ Black Belt Vincent Guy who is a Gracie Barra Black Belt and is the current head coach/instructor of the UVM BJJ competition team. 	November 13, 2011 - On Monday, November 7, Pete Bottino, Andrew Patterson and Roy McDonald received promotions in the USJA to Ikkyu (1st Degree Brown Belt). Jo Packer promoted in the USJA to Nikyu (2nd Degree Brown Belt). Shomen consisted of Phil Matcovich (Sandan), Josef Roubal (Nidan), Etsuro Nishiyachi (Nidan), Tim Blake (Nidan), Paul Gellino (Shodan), Dave Clements (Shodan), and Dustin Bruso (Shodan). Congratulations to all!
	November 12, 2011 - On Saturday, November 5, Dave Clements, Dustin Bruso and Phil Matcovich traveled to the Cohoes Judo Club. There they received promotions in the USJA in a ceremony conducted by Sensei Pete Andres (5th degree Black Belt USJA & USJI; 4th degree Black Belt Kodokan Certified). Dave and Dustin were promoted to Shodan (1st Degree Black Belt) and Phil Matcovich was promoted to Sandan (3rd Degree Black Belt). Congratulations to all!
	September 1, 2011 - There will be classes at the regular time on Saturday, September 3rd and Monday, September 5th. We look forward to seeing you then.
	August 18, 2011 - Class on Saturday, August 20th will be from 8:30-10:30AM, because it seemed like a good idea at the time.
	August 7, 2011 - Heather Ragsdale passed her gokyu (green belt) test at the Saturday class on August 1th. Roy McDonald was her uki and Shomen consisted of Etsuro Nishiyachi (Nidan) and Phil Matcovich (nidan). Congratulations Heather!
	July 22, 2011 - There will will be NO CLASS on Saturday, July 23th, due to an Aikido seminar.
	June 25, 2011 - Justus Keith passed his gokyu (green belt) test at the Monday class on June 20th. Ed Norton was his uki and Shomen consisted of Josef Roubal (Nidan), Etsuro Nishiyachi (Nidan), Paul Gellino (Shodan), Leoni Cowley (Nidan) and Phil Matcovich (nidan). Congratulations Justus!
	May 8, 2011 - There will will be NO CLASS on Saturday, May 14th, due to an Aikido seminar.
	April 19, 2011 - Gino Baccaglini passed his gokyu (green belt) test at the Monday class on March 28th. Pete Bottino was his uki and Shomen consisted of Paul Gellino (Shodan) and Phil Matcovich (nidan). Congratulations Gino!
	April 19, 2011 - There will will be increase in dues to $35.00 per month. This is necessary to cover an increase in our rent. The per Class fee stays the same at $5.00. As always, students, au pairs and Vermont Aikido members may attend at no charge.

	January 22, 2010 - We will will be starting a new class on Thursdays, 7:00 - 8:00. It will be held at; Combat Fitness 201 Main Street Winooski, VT 05401 $5 per class for all judo club members...shodan and above are free and would be considered guest instructors. 	January 22, 2010 - Tournament Of Champions hosted by Bilodeaus Tae Kwon-Do Academy will be held on January 29th at the St. Albans Town Educational Center. Events include Forms, Breaking, Point Sparring, Weapons, Power Breaking and grappling (no Gi). For more information, see Phil.
	January 22, 2010 - Heath Zeno passed his Sankyu test (Brown belt) at the Monday class on December 27th. Shomen consisted of Etsuron Nishiyachi (nidan) and Phil Matcovich (nidan). Congratulations Heath!
